Welcome!
All materials on the Virtual Oral/Aural History Archive are copyrighted.
Please see below for information on fair use provisions.
The Virtual Oral/Aural History Archive is an archive of the sound
recordings of our major oral history collections--not their
transcripts. The audio files are not downloadable, but under fair use
provisions, you can transcribe up to five audio segments from one or
more interview tapes without permission. Please be sure to correctly
cite the segments quoted, using the full citation that accompanies
each tape segment. If you wish to use more than a total of five
segments from the oral histories on the site, contact the project
directors to seek permission:
sbgluck@csulb.edu or
kbriegel@csulb.edu.
If you desire an audio copy of any of these interviews, please contact
us to purchase a copy on a CD.
